Beautiful eyes

kbu cf 2013“The Eye is the lamp of the body.                                                                                                     If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” — Matthew 6:22

The blessedness of working in a College is that you’ll be mentoring and sending off youthful ones to the job market almost every now and then. As the graduating batch of students gets ready to leave the campus, a new batch of vibrant ones comes and joins the campus community. And so the campus is also full of life, full of youthful creativity.

This October, I have the privilege of sending off our graduating Christian Fellowship club president, and ushering in the new CF members. Those beautiful eyes, and fresh faces – I was just so grateful to the Lord that He has placed me strategically in a place where I could witness the next generation of God’s people coming to the training ground to prepare for their lives. grace&cross

May the Lord establishes His own ones, for we’re willing to be shaped by Him, and we want to do His will. Anywhere He sends us, we shall go. To anyone He wanted us to pronounce His message of judgement-redemption, we shall perform it.

God’s name be our glory. His Kingdom our eternal home.
