But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled.
Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago. – Acts 3:18-21
Joy to the World! The Lord is come! Let earth receive her King.
Sorrow looks back, worry looks around, faith looks up.
Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33
If you lay gold in the dust, and gold of Ophir among the stones of the torrent-bed, then the Almighty will be your gold and your precious silver. – Job 22:24-25

GIVE THANKS to the Lord.
Share the good gifts from the above among His people.
He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. — Micah 6:8
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. — Apostle Paul, Romans 8:18
For those God foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified. —Romans 8:29-30

“The Eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” — Matthew 6:22
The blessedness of working in a College is that you’ll be mentoring and sending off youthful ones to the job market almost every now and then. As the graduating batch of students gets ready to leave the campus, a new batch of vibrant ones comes and joins the campus community. And so the campus is also full of life, full of youthful creativity.
This October, I have the privilege of sending off our graduating Christian Fellowship club president, and ushering in the new CF members. Those beautiful eyes, and fresh faces – I was just so grateful to the Lord that He has placed me strategically in a place where I could witness the next generation of God’s people coming to the training ground to prepare for their lives.
May the Lord establishes His own ones, for we’re willing to be shaped by Him, and we want to do His will. Anywhere He sends us, we shall go. To anyone He wanted us to pronounce His message of judgement-redemption, we shall perform it.
God’s name be our glory. His Kingdom our eternal home.
Want it or not, you and I make history everyday. Instead of letting our lives slip away purposelessly, let us seize God’s vision for our lives, so that we be a part of the Big Story of venturesome people with a venturesome faith in Him.
“Vision involves foresight as well as insight.
“Vision leads to venture, and history is on the side of venturesome faith.
The person of vision takes fresh steps of faith across gullies and chasms,
not playing it safe but neither taking foolish risks.
“Take lessons from the past, but never sacrifice the future for the sake of mere continuity.
People of vision gauge decisions on the future; the story of the past cannot be rewritten.”
– J. Oswald Sanders
